Standard Booth: Overseas Enterprise: USD 1,200/ 9㎡ Notes: Each standard booth is equipped with 3 panel walls, 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 spot lights, 15A/220V socket, 1 waste basket, 1 facial board with exhibitor’s name (both in Chinese and English) 2. Raw Space:: Overseas Enterprise: USD 120/㎡, minimum 36㎡ Application Procedures 1. After filling the Exhibition Application Form and stamp it with an authoritative seat, please fax or mail to the Organizing Committee. Contract will be signed when the application is accepted. 2. Upon confirmation, the exhibition cost or 50% of that amount shall be remitted to the Organizing Committee within three days. Please also fax your remitting bill for checking. The booth shall not be reserved without receipt of relevant costs. 3. Deadline for booth application is September 15, 2008. Exhibitors shall pay up before September 31, 2008. 4. Booth assignment: The earlier one applies and pays, the earlier his booth will be assigned. 5. The Organizing Committee will offer exhibitor's manual to the exhibitors one month ahead.
